"If you would like to talk to somebody about insurance ask for Amy because she doesn't know anything without hanging up and calling you back in 1 or 2 days, After she gets the answer to your question. Carlos on the Hand a nice guy but just don't bother go somewhere else you'll have less aggravation you'll get more answers and things will be much smoother for you"

"This dude Carlo Onessi is a scam artist. He refers you to people who will scam you as well whenever you have insurance claims. Don’t believe his “Christianity Front”. It’s just a ploy to deceive people. The God that I know is not a deceptive person."

"Great people with great response time! Carlo has always gotten us everything we need quickly and efficiently. He's even went above and beyond to help us out with things that really didn't involve State Farm. I've never received anything less than great customer service when dealing with Carlo and his team. "I’ve been with State Farm for years. I have dealt with Michelle and Brook but I’ve never seen nor spoke with Carl. That was okay because I always felt like Michelle had our best interest. She’s very personable. Recently I had some discrepancies with my bill and was not understanding why within 5 months my bill seemed to fluctuate. The rep Doris tried to help but she seemed unaware and sent me to another rep. I immediately asked to speak with Carl and was told he is helping other paying customers coming through the door. This really struck a nerve because I AM a paying customer. I let her know right then to have him call me, this happened on 08/21/2020 at 2:58 PM. I have yet to hear from him. As a customer it definitely makes me feel my concerns are not worthy only my money. This is the first time in 7 years I have ever had an issue with State Farm."

"Worst company ever!! Brook is extremly rude and will hang up on you and her boss carlo will tell you your lieing that she wouldnt do that. They will also steal your money and send bills that you never agreed to or signed up for!!!!"

"Shelby, I am sorry that you feel you received bad service. I appreciate your review and opinion. The fact is, your bank mailed us the check for the policy at your direction and approved the payment. Claiming State Farm stole from you is absolutely inaccurate. Nevertheless, we will do the right thing and help you make things right because it is what we do. I understand mistakes were made, none of which were due to State Farm or our agency. You asked for a homeowner's quote, we provided you one and your mortgage bank and attorney sent us a check. We issued a policy based on that payment. I'm not sure how you would consider that anything other than good customer service. Again, we appreciate your business and the time you took to post this review. We would also appreciate correcting your review based on accurate information. I would appreciate your updated review since we took care of the problem that wasn't of our doing. State Farm went above and beyond to make it right."

"We could not ask for a better agent in Carlo! He and his staff have met all our insurance needs, going over and above to help us and explain questions we have had through the years in a patient and loving manner. When we had to file a claim for a major car acudent it was a breeze with their guidance. Our family trusts Carlo and State Farm has served us well."
