"I’ve been with State Farm for years. I have dealt with Michelle and Brook but I’ve never seen nor spoke with Carl. That was okay because I always felt like Michelle had our best interest. She’s very personable. Recently I had some discrepancies with my bill and was not understanding why within 5 months my bill seemed to fluctuate. The rep Doris tried to help but she seemed unaware and sent me to another rep. I immediately asked to speak with Carl and was told he is helping other paying customers coming through the door. This really struck a nerve because I AM a paying customer. I let her know right then to have him call me, this happened on 08/21/2020 at 2:58 PM. I have yet to hear from him. As a customer it definitely makes me feel my concerns are not worthy only my money. This is the first time in 7 years I have ever had an issue with State Farm."
